Indian Playwright Taarak Mehta Inspiration Behind ‘Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah’ Passes Away

The renowned writer Taarak Mehta passed away this morning. He took his last breath at his Ahmedabad residence. Taarak Mehta was suffering from a prolonged illness. He wrote the column ‘Duniya Ne Undha Chashma’ in the Gujarati language.

The 87-year-old writer was not well for 3 months. He is the man behind the popular show ‘Taarak Mehta ka Oolta Chashma’. ‘Taarak Mehta ka Oolta Chashma’ is one of the most popular tv shows. The show was started in 2008 and soon became the flagship of the Sab Tv.

This popular tv show has been running for 8 long years. And ever since the show was telecasted, not a single actor left the show.

Until today he has written over 80 books, out of which 3 are based on his Gujarati column. He is an inseparable part of Gujarati theater. Taarak Mehta was a benevolent soul and was loved by all for his generous and kind behavior.
